- A-Grade makes it easier to get scheduled. Choose a date or time that suits your need for services and request service call below. If we can determine your service needs through the virtual call, it will speed up your scheduling process for repairs or installations. Once you're scheduled we will deduct the service call fee from your final service bill. This option saves time and money while keeping our customers safe and allowing a convenient way to get things done on your schedule.

Please create an account first to access this option. We can virtually call you on your time up to 9pm. You must schedule the virtual call at least 48 to 72 hours ahead. We use various methods of video calling for our virtual calls. All calls are recorded for your protection & accuracy. We currently use, Facetime,Google, Facebook, Zoom & other meeting platforms. We do not need any access to your computer for remote assistance. This way we keep your privacy at your control without invading your digital space.
